Jason “Sullysson” Sullivan is a chef, armour and weapon maker.

We decided to channel his inner Viking one cold afternoon, and headed up to the peak of Mt Macedon, Victoria.

Luckily for us, the weather, light and bushland made for a perfect Scandi day.

Less luckily for us was the stickiness of Jason’s fake-blood mix, which took days to scrub out.
